MAC OS X "TIGER"

I've just installed Mac OS X 1.4 "Tiger" on my Mac, can I use Captain Bumper?

Yes, the latest version, Captain Bumper 1.15, is fully compatible with this new Operating System. It is also compatible with all Macintosh Systems as far as the Mac OS 8.6
Please notice that previous versions of Captain Bumper (v1.14, 1.13, etc...) may exhibit some display problems when used with Mac OS X "Tiger" or Mac OS X "Panther"(10.3).



LOST SERIAL NUMBER AND USER NAME

Unfortunately, I’ve lost my serial number and my user name.

Look in your e-mail box. After you purchased the game you should have received an e-mail giving you your user name and your serial number. If this is not the case, or if you no longer have them, e-mail us at " " and tell us when and under witch name the game has been purchased. your serial number and my user name will be returned to you asap.

I've purchased Captain Bumper from Casady & Greene, may I apply the latest update?

Yes, we will continue to update and support all Captain Bumper versions, this includes the versions sold by Casady & Greene or TradeSoft / PlayMax.

DIFFICULTY DOWNLOADING

My Internet connection is too slow to download 42 Mb, what can I do about this?

Download in several parts. This option can be found on our site. A basic modem will have less difficulty downloading 5 separate 8,2 Mb files than one weighing 42 Mb. However, wait until all 5 segments have downloaded onto your desktop before you unstuff them.



MESSAGE "FILE CORRUPTED"

I've downloaded the complete version of Captain Bumper, but after unstuffing it with Stuffit™, I get a message saying "file corrupted".

Downloading was cut off so the game hasn’t been completely downloaded. When Stuffit™ unstuffs, it recognizes if some data is missing and sends you this message. Bin the corrupted file and start the download again.



SAVING

How can I save a game in progress?

During the game, press the "esc" key on your keyboard, the game will pause. At the bottom on the left you will find the "save" button.



I ENTER MY CODE BUT THE GAME ENDS

I enter my serial number at level 3 but a message tells me that I've just finished the demo version, and the game ends ?

Yes, you have purchased your game license but maybe you haven't downloaded the full version of the game. Please go to our downloads page and download the full version.
